To promote compliance with ethical standards, Almaviva makes available to its employees, customers and suppliers, the ALMAVIVA ETHICS HOTLINE and the GRUPO AVAL ETHICS HOTLINE, as mechanisms to report actions that could enable potential fraud, bad practices or irregular behavior inside ALMAVIVA, or companies associated with Grupo AVAL.
The ALMAVIVA ETHICS HOTLINE, as well as the GRUPO AVAL ETHICS HOTLINE, make up a channel guaranteeing independence, confidentiality and the anonymity of those who decide to use them, respecting the right to disclose or not disclose their identity.
If you have any knowledge of actions that could encourage fraud, asset laundering, financing of terrorism, drug trafficking, or any other behavior that is against the law, we invite you to use this tool for your report.
